Even paradise would not be a paradise without the hospitality. It has been a rest really for body and soul and we are all very grateful for everthing everyone has done. Especially for the smiles...

I love this inn, the Esbelli Evi, in Cappadocia in central Turkey. Built of golden stone, its cave-rooms are carved into a hillside of soft volcanic rock. All have windows and are simplu, though comfortably, furnished with Turkish carpets and brass or hand-carved beds. A quiet refuge in a surreal moonscape of rock, it's open from March through November.
